Who we are

MerqFlow is an ecommerce intelligence project currently being validated, initially intended for Romanian WooCommerce stores using Meta Ads. You can contact us at hello@merqflow.com.

Data sent for analysis

The free analysis form sends your request directly to MerqFlow. Your first name, email address, store URL, platform, and any optional fields you complete are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database so we can process the request.

Do not enter passwords, administrator credentials, exports, or other sensitive data in the form. We will separately tell you which exports are useful and how to send them.

How we use the information

We use the information to respond to your request, determine which exports are useful, and organize the agreed analysis. We do not sell the data or use it for behavioral advertising.

Form verification

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated submissions. The Turnstile token and the IP address used for verification are not stored in the lead database. The site does not install analytics services, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep conversations only for as long as necessary for the requested analysis and subsequent communication. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing the address above.

Updates

We may update this policy when we change how requests are processed or introduce other services. The latest update date will remain visible at the top of the page.
